| 摘 要： | 叙述采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C18和紫外检测器分离测定2-肼基-4,6二甲基嘧啶.结果表明,其标准偏差为0.053,变异系数为0.024 %,回收率为99.6 %,线性相关系数为0.9998.

| Abstract: | Packed with C18 column and used the UV detector, 2-hydrazino-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine was determinated by reversed phase HPLC. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.053, the coefficient of variation was 0.024 %, the average recovcry was 99.6 %, and linear correlation was 0.9998. |
