| 摘 要： | 本文通过研究长沙市城市交通的现状，分析了城市交通存在的主要问题及原因。进而提出动态交通与静态交通相结合，可以改善道路路网、优化公交路线、整治停车秩序、完善交通法规及提高市民交通素养等措施。

| Abstract: | This article bases on the exploration of the urban traffic situation of Changsha, analyzes the main problems and reasons of urban traf ic, then put forward the combination of dynamic with static traf ic to improve the road network, opti-mize bus routes, regulate the parking order, complete the tra-ffic laws, and improve public transport literacy and other mea-sures. |
