| 摘 要： | 国际比赛事宜所需的时间都比较的短，但是对于这些运动场馆来说，在运动项目之后的处理事宜花费了这些运动场馆的大量资金。因此，如何更好地应对运动项目事后的处理事项是一个非常重要的问题。本文通过分析体育场馆运营存在的主要问题并提出相应的对策，旨在为体育场馆更好地运营提供参考。
