摘    要:对失效连续油管进行了宏观分析、尺寸测量、无损检测、材质理化性能检验。结合连续油管的使用条件和受载特点,分析了连续油管受到的瞬时高轴向压缩载荷,并对井口处连续油管的抗弯能力作了详细分析。综合分析认为,连续油管的屈曲导致了连续油管的弯折和最终的断裂,并提出了预防措施。

Abstract:Serial investigation activities are conducted to the coiled tubing as failed,including visual analysis,dimension measurement,NDT and physiochemical property testing of the material.With consideration of its operation conditions and loading characteristics,the high instantaneous axial compressive load the coiled tubing bears is analyzed,and the bending-resistance of it at the wellhead is also carefully analyzed.Based on the overall analysis result,such a conclusion is made that it is the buckling of the coiled tubing that eventually leads to the said bending and breaking.Accordingly relevant preventative actions are proposed.
