摘    要:热轧2250mm热轧薄板机架结构复杂,铸件容易产生缩孔、疏松、裂纹等铸造缺陷。针对铸件的工艺技术难点,利用计算机模拟技术研究了铸造工艺的合理性,保证了2250mm热轧薄板机架的铸造成功。

Abstract:The blooming mill housing, used for producing 2 250 mm lamina by hot continuous rolling, has a complex inner construction and casting defects such as shrinkage cavity and porosity, crack, etc. The computer simulation is employed to analyze and validate the rationality of casting technology, which ensured the successful production of blooming mill housing.
