摘    要:针对武器装备体系能力分析的特点,提出基于QFD的能力分析过程框架。以QFD法的质量屋展开过程为纲领建立其能力分析模型,利用层次分析法、TOPSIS法进行模型求解分析,得到有效的能力发展方案。该分析过程将能力定性分析和定量研究有机结合,为处理能力过程中的复杂性与不确定性问题提供有效、科学的依据,具有实用价值。

Abstract:Propose a capability analysis framework based on QFD, aiming at characteristics of a weapon equipment system's capability analysis, construct capability analysis model by utilizing the house of quality (HOQ) matrix of quality function deployment (QFD), and then use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and TOPSIS method to calculate in order to gain the effective capability evolution project. Through organizing qualitative analysis and quantitative investigation of the capability together, this analysis process is a valid, scientific gist for disposing the capability analysis process issue of complexity and indeterminacy, and has good practical application.
