| 摘 要： | 通过对三聚氰胺干燥器的物料衡算和热量衡算，得出了在特设条件下过载20％时干燥器需要的最低热空气消耗量和蒸汽消耗量，为干燥器的稳定运行提供了理论依据。还通过进一步分析其温度低的原因，从而保证了干燥器的正常运行。

| Abstract: | This paper has introduced the material balance and energy balance in melamine dryer,and obtained heat gas and steam consume in specified operation conditions of the melamine dryer,which provided the consideration in theory in stable operation conditions of the melamine dryer.The effecting factors of low outlet temperature in melamine dryer have been also analyzed,which ensures the stable and long period operation for the melamine dryer and the melamine plant. |
