摘    要:新型石油测井工程绞车采用电比例阀控制绞车滚筒的角速度,在作业过程中,滚筒半径不断变化导致电缆的线速度无法保持恒定,为此研制了恒线速数字控制装置。介绍了该装置的控制原理、硬件结构及程序控制流程,并对速度控制算法进行了详细描述。该装置具有速度计量、深度计量、脉冲计数显示、设定(自动)输出速度、设定报警速度、设定编码系数、掉电保护以及自动/手动工作等功能特点。通过应用表明,该装置性能稳定,输出速度的稳定性达到±1m/h,完全满足了工况需要,是一种具有较高性价比的控制装置。

Abstract:In new drawworks used in petroleum engineering, an electric proportional valve is used to control the velocity of the drums of the drawworks. During the operation, the radius of the drum is changed continually, which results in unsteady of linear speed of cable, thus a constant linear speed digital-controlled device is developed. The control principle, hardware structure and procedure of program control of the device are introduced, and the algorithm of speed control is denoted in detail. Analysis is made on its speed metering, depth metering, pulse counter display, setting (automatic) input velocity, setting alarm velocity, setting coding factors and power-off protection and the characters of auto/manual operation. Application indicates that performance of the device is stable, and the stability of input velocity is ±1m/h, that is satisfied with the requirement of operation.
