坪北油田油水系统腐蚀性研究

摘    要:通过对坪北油田清水、污水水质进行分析及现场挂片试验,指出坪北油田油水系统设备腐蚀主要是溶解氧、硫酸盐还原菌和高矿化度水质引起。进行了室内和现场试验研究,评选出了CYD1021B杀菌剂和F21缓蚀剂,现场应用表明:从地面到油水井井筒,整个油水系统的极化电阻上升,细菌含量、腐蚀速度下降,取得了明显的效果。特别是加药后的注入水进入油层后,在全油田油水系统形成了一个良性循环。

Abstract:The analysis of fresh water and waste water of Rngbei Oil Field and field coupon tests conclude that the corrosion of the equipment in the oil and water systems are mainly caused by the dissolved oxygen, sulfate reducing bacteria and high minerality of water. Biocide CYD1021B and corrosion inhibitor F21 are selected through laboratory tests and field experiments. The field application has achieved a good result, which is demonstrated by an increase in polar resistance and reduction in bacteria and corrosion rate in the oil and water system. When the chemicals are injected into the oil, a good recycle has been established for the whole oil filed system.
