| Abstract: | Using modified emulsified bitumen as the sub-sealing course material is important to improve the quality of the highway pavement . Through the research to the sub-sealing material and the construction process , which have been extended and applied in the highway and have achieved good results , the article provides references to the sub-sealing course design and its construction . |
