| 摘 要： | 阐述了煤矿人因事故的形成是由于初级控制机制与次级控制机制共同失效的结果 ;阐明了管理因素与人为触发因素是煤矿人因事故发生的两大最主要的因素 ,提出了煤矿人因事故的基础防范对策。

| Abstract: | It is explained that mine accidents due to human factor result from the invalidation of the first and the second controlling mechanism.It is also illuminated that management factor and human igniting factor are two most important factors.The measures of preventing coal mine accidents are presented in the paper. |
