风扇叶注塑模设计

摘    要:分析了风扇叶的成型工艺特点,介绍了其注塑模具的结构设计和工作过程。该塑件有10个叶片,因此结构复杂,故其模具设计为一模一腔、潜伏式浇口、多点进胶方式,并采用斜导柱侧抽芯和滑块进行塑件成型;由于制件壁较薄,由推杆直接顶出塑件。该模具结构合理,运行可靠。

Abstract:The technological characteristics of the moulded part of fan blades were analyzed,and the structure design and operating process of the injection mould were introduced.The structure of the molded part is complex because of its 10 blades,so feeding by multiple gate.The mould features as one cavity in one mould,feeding by submarine gate,moulding by the side core pulling and sliders,and using ejection pin because of its thin wall.The mould structure is rational,and the operation is reliable.
