| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的不断发展，以及数字签名法律的制订，数字签名在各级政府的电子政务中逐步开始使用。为了实现电子公文的数字签名，本文首先对DSA算法和数字签名技术进行了分析，然后利用微软.NET的C#开发工具实现了DSA数字签名技术，保证了电子公文流转的安全性。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology and the formulation of relevant regulations,the technology of digital signature has gradually been applied in the electronic government affairs.This paper is to analyze DSA algorithm and the digital signature technology,then to realize the technology of DSA digital signature by using the developing tool C# of Microsoft .NET,and to assure the security of electronic official documents circulation. |
