摘    要:为实现电力系统共享诸如电压、电流、功率等有用的实时数据,结合Web服务具有的语言独立性、跨平台、良好的封装性的特点,提出了一种基于Web服务的电力系统实时监控的方案,并给出了系统实现的关键技术。研究工作表明,此系统具有实时性好,易扩展,便于维护的特点,有助于提高电力系统的信息化水平。

Abstract:For sharing the useful real-time data such as voltage,current,lower in lower system,a scheme of real- time supervisory and control system of power based on Web services are presented in this paper.The key technologies of system implementation are described,which integrates the features of language-independence,cross-platform and good encapsulation.Research work shows that real-time supervisory and control system of power based on Web ser- vices has the superiorities of good real-time performance,easily to be expanded and maintained,which can improve power information technology level.
