摘    要:对丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)共聚物钻井液降粘剂在钻井液中的降粘性能进行了室内评价,并利用IR对共聚物进行了表征,借助热分析考察了共聚物的热稳定性。研究结果表明,该降粘剂可以显著降低钻井液的粘度和切力,加入0.5%降粘剂的淡水基浆,高温降粘率可以达到92.1%,并且具有较好的抑制性和抗盐、抗钙性能。

Properties of AA/AMPS/DMDAAC Copolymer as Viscosity Reducer for Drilling Fluids
Abstract:The properties of acrylic acid/ 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfanic acid/ diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride copolymer as viscosity reducer in drilling fluids were evaluated in laboratory. Viscosity reducer was characterized with IR. Thermal stability of copolymer was measured by thermal analysis. The experimental results showed that it could reduce viscosity and shearing force of mud. When the addition of viscosity reducer was 0.5%, the thinning rate at high temperature was 92.1% for fresh water clay mud. And it had very good inhibition, salt tolerance and calcium tolerance.
