摘    要:以某主轴系统为研究对象,用热网络法建立了该主轴系统的热平衡方程组;针对主轴系统的结构件、轴承转速、冷却液温度等给定的工况建立了热阻、功率损失、对流传热的计算模型;通过MATLAB求解热平衡方程组,计算出主轴系统的稳态温度场分布;考虑了轴承转速、冷却液温度、润滑剂黏度大小对主轴系统中关键节点温度的影响,为该主轴系统的瞬态热分析提供了有效的初始条件。

Abstract:The heat balance equations for a spindle system were built up based on thermal network.The calculation models for thermal resistances,power losses and convective heat transfer were established respectively under given operating conditions,according to the structural components,bearing rotational speed and coolant temperature.The stable temperature field of the spindle system was rebuilt through solving the heat balance equations by MATLAB.The influence on key node temperatures was also included by consideri...
