| Abstract: | In consideration of the characteristic that drought and waterlogging calamity frequently happened in Huaibei of Anhui province and the water resource imbalance between supply and demand caused by the seasonal drought, the paper puts forward the comprehensive technology of controlling the calamities and dissolving on these contradictions. |
