摘    要:探索了制备含纳米银聚丙烯网片的方法。利用熔融共混法将纳米银与聚丙烯按不同的质量比例共混造粒,加工得到相应的含纳米银聚丙烯网片。对所得样本的表面形貌和力学性能进行测试,考察不同添加量的纳米银对样本力学性能的影响,并观察纳米银在复合物中的团聚情况。结果表明,通过相应工艺能够制备出含纳米银聚丙烯网片;纳米银能在不明显增加网片质量的同时提高其力学性质,且未对纤维的成纤及纺织性能造成明显影响;纳米银的团聚情况与添加量正相关,但总体较少。该实验为获得抗菌医用聚丙烯网片提供了新的思路。

Abstract:An effective method to preparation polypropylene mesh containing nano-silver were developed in this paper.Polypropylene antibacterial chips containing nano-silver were prepared by blending and granulation and corresponding processing.Their mechanical property and microstructural analysis were tested to investigate the influence of the different additives of nano-silver on the mechanics properties of polypropylene mesh.And the agglomeration of nano-silver in different samples was also observed.The results show that the mechanical property of polypropylene mesh containing nano-silver could be preparated using the corresponding process:In each group,nano-sliver could improve the mechanical properties of fiber,without significantly influence of their weight,fiber forming and fibrillation;overall,the agglomeration increases with the nano-sliver increased,but the phenomenon was not to much.It also provides a new way to get medical antibacterial polypropylene mesh.
