玻璃纤维池窑拉丝联合厂房结构设计要点分析

摘    要:联合厂房作为玻纤生产线中核心建筑物,结构设计通常分为熔制与拉丝工段两部分进行。但由于结构布置受到工艺条件的要求,其结构布置及性能等方面具有一些特殊性。通过对现行联合厂房熔制与拉丝工段结构体系进行分析,提出了结构设计中涉及的要点,针对设计要点提出了一些具体措施,为工业厂房中类似车间的结构设计提供了参考。

Abstract:As the essential building in a glass fiber production line, the integrated direct-meh plant building is usually designed in two sections for glass melting and fiber drawing respectively. As required by the production process, their structural layout and performance have some particularities. Through the analysis on the structural systems of these two sections, this article presents the key points involved in their structural design, and proposes some measures accordingly, which can be taken as reference for the structural design of similar industrial plant buildings
