基于PLC的捆包机控制器的设计

摘    要:针对继电器作为控制器控制捆包机执行机构动作,存在设备结构复杂、成本较高的问题,文章研究了基于PLC的捆包机控制器,给出了捆包机控制器硬件设计的基本框图,全面阐述了控制器的工作流程图,在硬件设计的基础上,编写了关于捆包机控制器各状态的SFC状态转移图。

Abstract:The relay as executing agency action for strapping machine controller,the device structure is complex and has high cost.The strapping machine controller based on PLC is studied in this paper.The basic block diagram of the hardware design is given.The workflow diagram of the controller is fully elaborated.Based on hardware design,the SFC state transition diagrams on the state of strapping machine controller are designed.
