摘    要:根据压力容器失效过程中材料发生变化的物理、化学机理和过程特征,基于压力容器变形、断裂、腐蚀、磨损、失稳、泄漏及材料劣化等失效模式,判断可能产生的缺陷,提出尽可能检测缺陷的无损检测方法,从而正确制定在役压力容器的检验方案。

Abstract:Failure mode could be divided into deformation,fracture,corrosion,wear,instability,leakage and material degradation basing on the analysis of physical and chemical mechanism of materials which were used on pressure vessels in failure.The defect types can be deduced by failure mode analysis.Furthermore,the inspection plane can be formulated.
