| 摘 要： | 介绍了福泰(Filtex)覆膜滤料在4500t/d带纯低温余热发电水泥熟料生产线中的应用与维护。通过对覆膜滤料使用情况的跟踪与数据分析和定期抽换检测,及时了解滤料在该项目上的积灰程度、是否结露、强度损失等工作情况,对个别破袋现象和结露现象进行及时的处理并总结了维护经验。

| Abstract: | The use and maintenance of Fihex membrane-laminated filter media in a 4500 t/d cement clinker production line with pure low temperature waste heat recovery for power generation are described in this paper. By recording and analyzing the operation data and inspecting the filter media periodically, the operation conditions of the filter media such as dust accumulation, condensation and strength loss were found out timely, and corrective actions were taken for few broken bags and moisture condensation promptly, from which some experiences in the maintenance of filter media were summarized. |
