摘    要:为了满足流程工业设备状态监测的实际需求,构建了一套基于IEEE802.15.4的双模无线传感网络系统。文章详述了双模无线传感网络节点的模型以及无线接入网关各部分软硬件的组成和具体实现方法。该套无线传感网络设备成功地解决了用于设备状态监测的无线传感器网络与现有的工业以太网之间的互联和集成。测试结果表明该网关具有实用性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to meet the actual needs of equipment condition monitoring in process industry,Dual-mode wireless sensor network system based on IEEE802.15.4 is designed and developed.The paper introduces the model of wireless sensor network node,hardware and software components of the various parts of the access gateway and specific methods in detail.The set of wireless sensor network equipment can interconnect and integrate wireless sensor networks with the existing Industrial Ethernet.Test results indicate that the gateway is practical and reliable.
