内压塔器下封头的强度和稳定性

摘    要:应用第三强度理论和古布金Z形图的罗德参数,对内压塔器下端与裙座对接的标准椭圆封头的受力进行了分析。分析认为,在某些情况下,该标准椭圆封头的弹性失稳将比只承受内压作用时提前发生,因此对该标准椭圆封头的厚度限制应比GB 150—1998《钢制压力容器》中第7.1.2.1条中提出的要求更高,并提出了内压塔器下封头厚度按GB 150—1998《钢制压力容器》中的公式7.1计算不能满足需要时的计算公式。

Abstract:Standard elliptical head welded with skirt on the bottom internal pressure tower was analyzed by employing of the third strength theory and Rhodes parameters of the Gubkin Z-shaped map.In some cases,the standard elliptical head just under the elastic instability occurs advancer than under the internal pressure,so higher demands than GB 150—1998 Steel Pressure Vessel,7.1.2.1 of the standard elliptical head of the thickness limit is put forward.Also,in some cases,formula 7.1 of GB 150—1998 Steel Pressure Vessel is not qualified for the thickness calculation of bottom head when doing internal pressure tower design,it should be employed.
