辊压成型机辊轴辊套过盈接触有限元分析

摘    要:根据高压对辊成型机关键部件——挤压辊的结构特点和工作特性,使用有限元方法对挤压辊(由辊轴和辊套组成)进行三维建模,分析了辊轴与辊套配合在不同过盈量下的接触应力分布及滑移趋势。结果表明,挤压辊辊轴与辊套配合部分的两个端面是应力集中区,实际设计加工时应特别考虑如何减少应力集中。

Abstract:Based on the structural characteristics and the working characteristics of the key component of the extrusion roller in the high pressure roller forming press,the paper built the 3D model of the extrusion roller composed of the roller and the roller sleeve with finite element method,and analyzed the distribution of contact stress between roller and roller sleeve and the displacement tendency at various shrinkage of interference fit.The results showed that the two end faces of the interference fit of the roller and the roller sleeve were the stress concentrated zone.During actual design and manufacturing process,it should be specially considered how to reduce the stress concentration.
