摘 要: | 上海德光电子将无轴传动技术应用于机组式柔版印刷机的设计过程中,产生了对各版辊同步性能与力矩实时观测、分析同步波动与力矩波动关系、减少现场调试等需求。文章结合实际工况,提出利用市面上现有的硬件设备———人机界面进行编程,采用Modbus RS-232通信获得实时数据的方式实现此需求。经过需求分析、波形显示界面设计、通信计算模块设计,并经过现场实测验证,满足实际使用需求。

Design of Synchronization and Moment Oscillograph for Shaftless System |

Abstract: | To design shaftless system for unit type flexo-press, it needs real-time test the synchronization-error and moment of all cylinders. In this paper, one oscillograph is designed according to the real work conditions. This design uses the programmable Man--Machine interface and Modbus RS -232 to get real-time data to achieve this purpose. Through wave-interface and communication-calculate design, this paper completes this task. And this design is verified by actual tests. |
