滦南热电厂首站板壳式热交换器设计

摘    要:针对热电厂首站常用板壳式热交换器结构存在的问题,在滦南热电厂首站板壳式热交换器的结构设计中,壳程下部介质进入板束弧形板处增加了导流筒结构,板程出口处设置了带内衬套的波形膨胀节。导流筒结构提高了壳程下部介质进入板束弧形板处的密封性能,膨胀节结构的改变,解决了板束拆卸、维修以及清洗困难的问题。

Abstract:Depending on the problems of the common plate-shell heat exchanger in the first station of thermal power plant,in the structure design of plant-shell heat exchanger used in the first thermal power plant of Luannan,the structure of draft tube was be added at the plates' curved plate where the medium of bottom shell enter,and the expansion with the internal lining was be set at the exit of plate side.The structure of draft tube improves the seal ability of the plates' curved plate where the medium of bottom shell enter.And the structure of expansion's change resolves the problems of plates' dismantling,repairing and cleaning.
