| 摘 要： | 本文提出了在专用机床上安装“双显装置”,即数字显示切削力和切削温度装置的设计方法。操作者观察“显示表”使切削加工在允许的切削力和温度范围内进行,有利于产品的质量和生产率的提高。同时,通过微机,单片机的处理系统和专用机床连机使用,工厂技术管理部门还可以在中央监测室随时通过微机显示和打印机打印出各专用机床加工时的切削力和切削温度数值,便于指挥生产。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the way of how to equip special machine Tools with "Double Display Device" ,i. e. "Numerical Display of cutting force and cutting temperature". By viewing the display meter, operators can run the machines within optimum range of cutting force and tempenature. It helps to improve the quality of product and productivity. If the micro-computer and single chip processing system are connected to the machines, the factory technical management could monitor the cutting
force and temperature of every machine in the central monitoring room by watching the data from the printer or monitor screen and control the produition of the factory. |
