首钢高炉喷煤技术发展与创新

摘    要:首钢最早在20世纪60年代就在国内率先开始了高炉喷煤的工业尝试,在随后几十年时间里,先后经历了几个具有不同时期特点的发展阶段。进入21世纪后,伴随着高炉不断大型化的趋势,与大型高炉相配套的制粉喷煤系统相继在首钢的迁钢和京唐等地获得应用。如今,整合了浓相长距离输送、风口均匀喷吹、全自动控制等技术的具有首钢特色的大型高炉喷煤系统已在首钢广泛应用。

Abstract:The first industrial test of PCI technology in domestic was began by Shougang as early as 1960’s, in the following decades, the PCI technology went through some stages with different characteristic. In the 21th century, the volume of blast furnace become larger and larger, and PCI system matching large sized blast furnace were put into practice in Qiangang and Jingtang in Shougang. Now, PCI system with Shougang feature for large sized blast furnace, which combined with the technology of dense phase long distance conveying, equal injection and full-automatic control, has been widely applied.
