分布式扶贫光伏智能运维服务系统设计及工程应用

摘    要:针对分布式扶贫光伏无序接入贫困地区薄弱配电网带来的电站信息监测困难、设备缺乏有效运维手段、电量损失较大、运维效率低且成本敏感等问题,考虑分布式扶贫光伏建设实际场景,充分研究论证了分布式扶贫光伏智能运维需求,提出了分布式扶贫光伏智能运维服务系统设计方案。从系统组成、功能规划、通信架构、运行状态监测终端研制等方面进行阐述,该系统包括就地层设备、主站层设备、网络层等。结合该系统在河南林州市分布式扶贫光伏工程中的应用,量化发电效益,给出系统应用效果评价。经工程验证,该系统可以提高发电效益,降低运维成本,具有很好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Due to some difficulties such as monitoring the information of power station, lack of effective operation and maintenance approaches for devices, large power energy loss, lower operation and maintenance efficiency and cost sensitivity in the access of distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic to weak distribution network disorderly, actual situation of poverty alleviation photovoltaic construction was taken into consideration. And the demand for intelligent operation and maintenance of distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic were fully studied. This paper proposes the design scheme of intelligent operation and maintenance service system for distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic, and explains system composition, function planning, communication network architecture, development of monitoring terminal and so on. This system consists of formation equipment,main station layer equipment and network layer and so on. Combined with the application of the system in a distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic project in a certain city in China, the benefits of power generation are quantified, and the application effect evaluation of the system is given. It is verified by engineering that the system can improve the benefits of power generation, reduce the cost of operation and maintenance and has good promotion and application value.
