离子液体萃取电镀污泥浸出液中的Co2+

摘    要:合成了萃取剂Phos-C5-NMM]NTf2],并研究了其对Co2+的萃取情况。通过正交试验,得到最佳的萃取条件为:m(萃取体系)∶m(水相)=1∶4,白油作稀释剂,m(Phos-C5-NMM]NTf2])∶m(白油)=1∶2,萃取时间10 min,萃取pH值5.5。与常规萃取剂P507相比,Phos-C5-NMM]NTf2]萃取体系对Co^2+的选择萃取性更高。另外,Phos-C5-NMM]NTf2]在萃取过程中对浸出液的pH值及Co^2+的质量浓度有较宽的适应范围。

Abstract:The extraction agentPhos-C5-NMM]NTf2]was compounded,and the extraction of Co^2+was studied.Through the orthogonal experiment,the optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:m(extraction system)∶m(water)=1∶4,white oil as diluent,m(Phos-C5-NMM]NTf2]∶m(white oil)=1∶2,extraction time 10 min,extraction pH value 5.5.Compared with the traditional extractant P(507),Phos-C5-NMM]NTf2]extraction system has high selective extractability for Co^2+.In addition,Phos-C5-NMM]NTf2]has a wide adaptation range for the pH value of leachate and mass concentration of Co^2+during the extraction process.
