摘    要:采用H_2SO_4、黏土及CaCO_3对粉煤灰进行复合改性。研究了复合改性粉煤灰对含镍电镀废水处理效果的影响,并考察了废水pH值及反应温度对Ni2+吸附效果的影响。此外,研究了Cu2+、Zn2+的存在对Ni2+去除率的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰经复合改性后,其对Ni2+的吸附性能显著提高;废水pH值对Ni2+去除率的影响较大,最佳的废水pH值为6;升高温度有利于提高Ni2+的去除率;Cu2+和Zn2+的存在,使得Ni2+的去除率显著降低。

Abstract:The composite modified fly ash with H2SO4,clay and CaCO3 was investigated.The influence of composite modified fly ash on the treatment effect of nickel-containing electroplating wastewater was studied,and the influences of the pH value of wastewater and reaction temperature on the absorption efficiency of Ni2+were investigated.In addition,the influence of Cu^2+and Zn^2+on the removal rate of Ni^2+was also studied.The results showed that the adsorption performance of fly ash on Ni^2+was significantly improved after composite modification.The pH value of wastewater has a great influence on the removal rate of Ni^2+,and the optimum pH value was 6.The rise of reaction temperature was beneficial to increase the removal rate of Ni^2+,and the presence of Cu^2+and Zn^2+can significantly decrease the removal rate of Ni^2+.
