摘    要:分别采用硫酸和硝酸锰溶液制备了改性活性炭H-AC和Mn-H-AC,并探讨了不同活性炭吸附剂对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响。结果表明:与活性炭相比,H-AC和Mn-H-AC对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力得到显著的提高;其中Mn-H-AC对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果最好。通过正交试验,得到了各因素对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响程度依次为废水初始pH值>吸附反应温度> Mn-H-AC的投加量。

Abstract:The modified activated carbon H-AC and Mn-H-AC were prepared by sulfuric acid solution and manganese nitrate solution,respectively,and the influence of different activated carbon adsorbents on the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)in wastewater was studied.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of H-AC and Mn-H-AC was better than that of activated carbon,and Mn-H-AC exhibit the best absorption effect on Cr(Ⅵ).The influence degree of each factor on the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)was determined by orthogonal experiment as follows:initial pH value of wastewater >adsorption reaction temperature >dosage of Mn-H-AC.
