WE54镁合金超声波辅助微弧氧化膜性能的研究

摘    要:采用超声波辅助微弧氧化工艺对WE54镁合金进行了表面处理,并研究了超声波功率对微弧氧化膜性能的影响。结果表明:最佳超声波功率为100 W。与普通微弧氧化膜相比,超声波功率为100 W时获得的超声波微弧氧化膜的厚度、显微硬度、表面质量均较好。

Abstract:Micro-arc oxidation coatings were prepared by ultrasonic assisted micro-arc oxidation on WE54 magnesium alloy,and the influence of ultrasonic power on the properties of coatings was studied.The results showed that the optimal value of ultrasonic power was 100 W.Compared with common micro-arc oxidation coating,the thickness,microhardness and surface quality of ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation coating were better when ultrasonic power was 100 W.
