摘    要:分布式电源的接入会对配电网的脆弱性产生一定的影响。首先,提出了一种基于电网运行状态和拓扑结构的配电网脆弱性线路辨识方法,一方面以潮流计算结果为基础定义电压稳定指标;另一方面将复杂网络理论运用到配电网中,以线路承载负荷为权重定义电网结构重要度指标。在此基础上,考虑分布式电源的接入位置和接入容量,得出分布式电源对配电网脆弱性的影响。最后以IEEE33节点配电模型进行仿真分析,证明该方法的合理性与有效性,为配电网的改造以及分布式电源的规划提供理论依据。

Abstract:The access of distributed generation will have a certain impact on the distribution network vulnerability. Firstly, a new method for the identification of distribution network vulnerability lines based on grid operation status and topology is proposed. On the one hand, the voltage stability index is defined based on the power flow calculation results; on the other hand, the complex network theory is applied to the distribution network, and the weight index of the line load is used to define the importance index. On this basis, considering the access location and access capacity of distributed generation, this paper summarizes the influence of the vulnerability of distribution network affercted by distributed generation. Finally, the reasonable and effective of the method is proved by the simulation of the IEEE33 node distribution model.And providing a theoretical basis for the transformation of distribution network and the planning of distributed generation.
