摘    要:分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)多以微网形式接入城市配网,节能环保的同时也对城市电网安全稳定运行造成极大影响,加大了在紧急情况下配电网的应急管理调度的难度,基于此,文章提出了一种考虑DG运行特性及负荷重要性的多微网应急综合资源优化调度方案,即针对DG、储能(Energy Storage,ES)、应急移动电源(Mobile Emergency Power,MEP)进行协同优化调度。首先建立了负荷重要性模型,然后根据DG、ES、MEP的运行特性,以配网失电用户总停电损失及MEP运行成本最小为目标函数,建立协同优化模型,制定DG、ES、MEP相关运行调度策略,并运用线性优化商业软件进行求解,最后在算例中验证了该优化调度方案的优越性。

Abstract:Distributed generation(DG) mostly access to urban distribution network in form of micro-grid. This measure is conducive to energy saving and environmental protection, but increasing the difficulty of emergency management scheduling of the distribution network in case of emergency. This paper presented a optimal scheduling scheme for disaster-relief integrated resources considering operating characteristics of DG and importance of load in multi-microgrid: coordinately optimizing scheduling for DG, energy storage(ES), mobile emergency power(MEP). First, the model of importance of load was established. Then, coordinated optimizing model was presented, which taked the total power loss of the power-lossed load in distribution network and the operating cost of MEP as the objective function, to formulate the operating scheduling strategy for DG, ES, MEP, and was solved by the business software for linear programming. Finally, the superiority of this coordinated optimal scheduling was verified in the case study.
