红外相机数据高速实时存储技术

摘    要:介绍了一种高速大容量固态存储器的组成机制和存储技术,以FPGA为逻辑控制单元,通过LVDS接口电路将红外相机采集到的图像数据经过乒乓结构实时无缝缓存,利用流水线写Flash技术提高了Flash写入的速度,可通过扩展Flash阵列来满足速度更高容量更大的存储要求。可用FT245控制的USB2.0接口读取Flash中的数据并上传至计算机,最后用分析软件可以清晰看到拍摄结果。结果表明,该系统稳定可靠地存储了高速传输的图像数据,具有较强的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:In this paper,a kind of composition mechanism and stored technology of high speed and large-capacity solid state memory are introduced.It takes the field programmable gate array as its logical control unit to acquire image data from the infrared camera by LVDS interface circuit ,and these data will be seamless and real-time stored through pingpong structure.Using the pipeling technology to write Flash can improve the speed of Flash page program,and this system can meet the requirements of larger capacity and higher speed by extending the Flash array.It also can read data from Flash by USB 2.0 interface which controlled by FT245 and upload these data to computer,and the clear results can be got through the analysis software.The results show that this system can store more image data with higher speed steadily and reliably,thus it has stronger feasibility and practicality.
