磷钨酸催化合成油酸乙酯实验条件的研究

摘    要:以磷钨酸作催化剂,油酸和无水乙醇为原料制备油酸乙酯。考察了油酸与乙醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对酯化率的影响。结果表明:磷钨酸对合成油酸乙酯具有良好的催化活性,合成的优化条件为:酸醇物质的量比为1:6,催化剂用量为0.4g,回流反应2 h,酯化率可达到96.3%。

Abstract:Ethyl oleate was synthesized by oleic acid and ethanol as raw material,using phostpho-tungstic acid as catalyst.Effects of catalyst composition,loadings of the catalyse,the mole ratio of oleic acid to ethanol and reaction time were investigated.The optimum conditions were as follows: use phostpho-tungstic acid as the catalyst,n(oleic):n(ethanol)=1:6,catalyst dosage 0.4g,reaction time 2h,the yield of esterification rate may up to 96.3%.
