摘    要:本文建立了ICP-AES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪)法同时测定生活饮用水中的二十种金属和非金属元素的方法,对微波消解方式、ICP工作参数选择、酸度对测定的影响、元素分析线选择、光谱干扰的校正等进行了研究。该方法线性范围宽,精密度RSD〈5%,准确度好,样品加标回收率为90.4%~110.2%,检出限低,具有分析速度快...

Abstract:A method for determining twenty metals and nometals in drinking water by microwave digestion an ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectroscopy) simultaneously is reported.Microwave digestion,the optional operation parameters,acid concentration,wavelength selection and internal standard calibration were studied for optimization.The relative standard deviation and recovery of the method were 0.53% ~ 4.18% and 90.4% ~ 110.2%,respectively,This method is sensitive,accurate,simple for analysis of...
