内喷式(GGPH—N型)高温喷流换热器的研究与应用

摘    要:本文论述了采用喷流技术,强化空气侧换热表面的对流传热,达到降低换热面壁温和提高总传热系数的机理。通过小型试验,模拟试验得出S/d、L/d的最佳参数整理为努塞尔准数的关系式Nu=F(Re)和尤拉准数的关系式Eu=F(Re)。应用相似原理,研制了一套内喷式(GGPH-N)高温喷流换热器,用于回收铜精炼炉高温烟气余热生产热风回炉助燃,取得了节约燃油和提高铜精炼炉生产能力的双重效果,其寿命可达7-8年,各项指标为国内钢制换热器的领先水平。

Abstract:The mechanism of lowering the temperature of heat transmission wall and raising total heat transmission coefficient by applying efflux technology to intensify heat convection of air is introduced in this paper. Based on small scale test and simulated test the best parameters of S/d and L/d have been set out to the relating equation Nu=F(Re) and Eu=F(Re).Applying similarity, a set of GGPH-N high temperature efflux heat-exchanger has been used to recovered waste heat from high temperature flue gas in copper refining furnace. The recovered heat can be used to produce hot air which returns into the furnace to help burn. The dual effect of saving oil and raising productive capacity has been got. Its service life can come up to 7-8 years. The various targets of heat-exchanger occupy first place in domestic stell heat-exchanger.
