| 摘 要： | 介绍南化（集团）公司磷肥厂１５ｋｔ／ａ磷酸装置运行３０年来，湿法磷酸主要设备的用材和被腐蚀情况。认为：湿法磷酸的腐蚀性取决于磷矿中杂质量（主要是Ｃｌ－、Ｆ－的含量）Ｋ合金类奥氏体不锈钢可耐Ｃｌ－含量较高的磷酸腐蚀；石墨耐腐蚀性优良，但低强度和脆性易引起石墨管破裂，结垢清洗也较困难；应扩大非金属材料代替金属材料的使用范围。

| Abstract: | kt/a phosphoric acid plant of Nanjing Chemical Industrial Group has been operated for 30 years, the material and the corrosion of main equipments of this wet-process phosphoric acid plant are introduced. It is thought that the corrosiveness of wetprocess phosphoric acid mainly depends on the content of impurities such as Cl -,F - etc. K alloy austenitic stainless steel can endure the corrosion of high Cl content in phosphoric acid.Graphite has excellent anticorrosive ability, but the strength and brittleness of graphite tube are low and it is easy to be broken ,beside this the scale is difficult to be cleaned. The range of replacing metal by nonmental should be widen. |
