摘    要:运用DEFORM-3D软件对差速器行星齿轮的闭塞锻造成形过程进行有限元模拟,将其过程可视化,对成形中可能产生的缺陷进行预测,以降低工艺试验成本;通过分析模拟结果,为模具的选材、结构的优化提供依据。

Abstract:Deform-3D has been used to simulate the forming process of Closed-die forging, which is used to produce the Differential Planetary Gear. Through the simulation, forming process can be visualized, forming defects can be forecasted, and the cost of Technologic Research can be reduced; Through analyzing the result of simulation, some useful message for selecting die material and optimizing configuration can be gotten.
