摘    要:采用热成像仪对VMC立式加工中心滚珠丝杠进给系统温度场进行测量,对丝杠温度数据进行指数函数拟合,根据能量守恒原理进行建模分析计算,获得滚珠丝杠的热边界条件;利用有限元分析软件Workbench对加工中心滚珠丝杠的温度变化规律进行分析,结果与实验数据进行对比,验证滚珠丝杠对流换热系数计算模型的正确性;并修正利用传统经验公式计算得到的对流换热系数,为立式加工中心的热分析提供参考。

Abstract:The temperature field of the ball screw feed system of VMC vertical machining center was measured by thermal imager,the exponential function was fitted to the screw temperature data,and the modeling and calculation were carried out according to the principle of energy conservation to obtain the thermal boundary condition of the ball screw.The finite element analysis software Workbench was used to analyze the temperature variation of the ball screw in the machining center.The results were compared with the experimental data to verify the correctness of the calculation model of the convection heat transfer coefficient of the ball screw,and the convection calculated by the traditional empirical formula was corrected.It provides reference for the thermal analysis of the vertical machining center.
