摘    要:吸入式喷砂枪作为喷砂装置中的常用设备,是颗粒输送及加速的重要部件。为研究吸入式喷砂枪内部流场及颗粒运动情况,以及丸粒吸入口入射角、混合室直径对吸入式喷砂枪丸粒吸入及加速效果的影响,采用CFD软件Fluent进行气固耦合仿真计算。结果表明:随着丸粒吸入口入射角越小,颗粒输送及加速性能越好;随着混合室直径变化,吸入式喷砂枪的引射系数存在一个最优值,能使颗粒的输送效果最好,该最优值还随压缩空气压力的增大而减小,而混合室直径越小对颗粒的加速效果越好。研究结果为吸入式喷砂枪的设计及选用提供了参考。

Abstract:As a common equipment in sandblasting equipment,the inhaled sandblasting gun is an important component for particle transportation and acceleration.In order to study the internal flow field and particle motion of the inhaled sandblasting gun and the influence of the incident angle of the pellet inlet and the diameter of the mixing chamber on the suction and acceleration of the inhaled sandblasting gun,the CFD software Fluent was used to simulate the gas-solid coupling.The results show that the smaller the incident angle of the pellet inlet is,the better the transport and acceleration performance of the pellet are;with the change of the diameter of the mixing chamber,there is an optimum value of the blasting gun’s ejector coefficient,which has the best conveying effect of the granule,and the optimal value also decreases with the increase of the inlet pressure;the smaller the diameter of the mixing chamber is,the better the acceleration effect of the particles is.It provides reference for the design and selection of inhaled sandblasting gun.
