玻璃钢夹砂管道CAD/CAM系统

摘    要:为提高玻璃钢夹砂管道的生产效率,降低生产及管理成本,研制了基于Internet的夹砂管道CAD/CAM系统。系统网络采用客户/服务器模式实现数据交互。CAD软件包括管道的工艺、结构和线型设计功能。基于工控机和多任务运动控制器的缠绕机CAM系统采用电子齿轮方式实现缠绕机同步运动控制。介绍了缠绕控制程序各任务的功能和缠绕机上位机程序开发。该系统的应用实现了管道从原材料选择到最终控制缠绕生产的一体化集成。

Abstract:In order to improve production efficiency and reduce production and management cost,CAD/CAM system based on Internet is developed to produce FRPM pipes.The network of the system adopts client/server mode to realize data exchange.CAD software includes the functions of process design,structure design and winding pattern design.CAM system based on industry computer and multi-task motion controller adopts the electrical gear to accomplish synchronous motion control of the winding machine.The function of each task of the winding control program and development of upper software are introduced.The application of this system has realized the integration of the whole production course from the selection of raw materials to winding machine control.
