摘    要:为了达到建筑节能的目的,提高需用系数取值的科学性与合理性是建筑电气节能的重要措施。经研究分析可知,有四个影响需用系数取值的因素:系统电气设备工作的同时率、负荷情况、工作效率以及系统电网传输效率。文章综合考虑了这四种因素,找到了满足系统安全、稳定运行条件下的安全、科学、经济、合理、节能的需用系数的取值。

Abstract:On the purpose of energy conservation in buildings, it is an important measure to improve the scientificity and rationality of demand factor value. Research and analysis show that there are four factors affect the demand factor value: the coincidence factor of system electrical equipment, load condition, work efficiency and the transmission efficiency of system power grid.
