摘    要:在微波常压条件下,以L-半胱酸为原料合成了L-噻唑烷-4-甲酸及其正丙酯,讨论了微波功率、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对产率的影响。实验表明,微波技术可用于光学活性化合物的合成。并显示出微波合成的简便、安全、快速与产率高等特点。

Abstract:L-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid and L-Propyl thiazolidine-4-earboxylate were prepared by L-cysteine under the microwave irradiation at conventional pressure.And the feasibility of microwave technology in synthesizing optical active compounds was examined and the influences of microwave power and reaction time on the yield were discussed as well.The results show that microwave technology is a method with simplicity,safety,rapidity and high yield.
