| 摘 要： | 针对双面单工位液压传动组合机床传统的继电-接触器控制系统存在电路复杂、可靠性差、故障诊断与排除困难等缺点,提出了利用PLC进行改造的方案,给出了PLC的I/O接线图和梯形图程序,并分析了PLC控制的工作过程。

| Abstract: | There are lots of shortcomings in the conventional relay-contactor controlling system of the diprosopia single station hydraulic transmission assembly machine,such as complicated circuit,ill reliability and hard to diagnose and eliminate obstacles etc..Against the case mentioned above,the scheme by using PLC to rebuild the conventional system is put forward,and the I/O connecting diagram and the trapezoidal pattern program of PLC are presented,and the PLC controlling working process is analysed. |
