双电机钻井废液双轨迹振动筛结构优化研究

摘    要:振动筛作为钻井泥浆净化的第一级设备,是必不可少的。在钻井过程中分离废弃钻井泥浆时,为了更好地适应恶劣、复杂的钻井废液,一般采用双轨迹振动筛。双轨迹振动筛制造要求较一般振动筛更高,主要在于双轨迹之一的椭圆轨迹对振动源的力心和质心重合精度要求较高。在制造时,需要对结构多次优化才能达到要求。利用现有技术及3D模拟,实现了在振动筛的两振动电机横跨筛箱的情况下,精确定位直线轨迹激振器相对位置; 在实现平动椭圆轨迹时,利用力心坐标值与两电机产生的激振力矩比值、电机轴线在电机稳定运行时的相位差角、以及电机的摆放座板与水平轴夹角之间的规律式,确定激振力比值及电机轴线在电机稳定运行时的相位差角。在降低成本的同时,提高了结构组合精度。可为振动筛结构优化提供理论指导。

Abstract:Shaker device as the first stage drilling mud purification is essential. In the process of separating the abandoned drilling mud during the drilling process, in order to better adapt to the harsh and complicated drilling waste liquid, a double-track shaker is generally used. The requirements of double track shaker are higher than that of general vibrating screen. The main reason is that the elliptical trajectory of one of the double tracks has a higher precision requirement for the superposition of the force center and the center of mass of the vibration source. In the production, the structural optimization is often required for many times to meet the requirements. In this paper, the relative position of the linear path exciter was accurately located by using the existing technology and 3D simulation when the two vibration motors of the shaker cross the screen box. In the realization of the translational ellipse trajectory, the ratio of the excitation torque was generated by the force center coordinate value and the two motors, the phase difference angle of the motor axis in the stable operation of the motor and the regular formula between the positioning plate of the motor, the angle between the horizontal axis were used to determine the excitation force ratio and the phase difference angle of the motor axis in the stable operation of the motor. The theoretical guidance for structural optimization was proposed, which not only reduces the cost, but also improves the precision of structural combination.
