摘    要:齿轮齿条平移机构是影响机械手总成在猴道中运动性能的重要因素。在ABAQUS中建立有限元模型,同时定义边界条件和接触参数,分析了不同转速下齿轮齿条啮合过程中的齿面接触应力和弯曲应力,为齿轮齿条传动系统的选型计算提供了理论依据。基于Hertz弹性碰撞理论,在ADAMS中建立了虚拟样机模型,对齿轮齿条刚体啮合力进行了动力学仿真分析计算,并研究了其转速特性曲线,以减少齿轮齿条啮合过程中的冲击和振动。

Abstract:The gear-rack translation mechanism is an important factor affecting the motion performance of the manipulator assembly in the monkey track. The finite element model was established in ABAQUS, and the boundary conditions and contact parameters were defined. The contact stress and bending stress during the meshing process of the rack and pinion at different speeds were analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the selection calculation of the rack-and-pinion transmission system. Based on the collision theory, a virtual prototype model was established in ADAMS. The dynamic simulation of the meshing force of the gear and rack rigid body was carried out, and the speed characteristic curve was studied to reduce the impact and vibration during the meshing process of the gear and rack.
